The general manager of the company, Carlos Castellani, said that “the company is the image of Apache family”, and celebrated the effort of every link in the chain of the company which is preparing to receive an even better year with great innovations and structural changes”.
Castellani referred to the division of the company into three departments: Tractors, Seeding equipment and Self-propelled sprayers in order to offer more agility and better assistance to clients.
He also mentioned the work of “Santa Catalina” foundry (which also depends from Apache) which had an enormous workflow this year with overproduction of pieces. The administrative manager, Fabiana Trobbiani, said that “the purpose of the party (where employees, dealers and some clients were granted awards) was to share a nice time with all the people who contribute in the smooth running of the company”.
“It was a hard year as regards feelings as we have lost two young colleagues, but a positive one as for the labour situation. We were able to carry out everything which was intended. None of this would have been achieved without your contribution”, she said.
“We are sure that we want to improve. Some call this continuous improvement, which is necessary to remain into this competitive world. The idea is to keep moving”, Castellani stood out.
